You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Content and Ownership

Our Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including its software, design, and original content (excluding user-generated content), is the exclusive property of t2speech.ai and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content and Your Rights

We believe creators should own their work. Here's how it works:

  • Subscribing Users: If you have an active subscription, you own all intellectual property rights, including full copyright, to the music and other content you create using the Service ("User Content"). You can use your User Content for any purpose, commercial or personal, without any royalties or restrictions from us.
  • Non-Subscribing Users: If you are using a free version of the Service, you still own your User Content. However, you grant t2speech.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content in connection with promoting and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you create and must ensure it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create any content that is:

  • Unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
  • Infringing on any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • Defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise not safe for work ("NSFW"), including but not limited to nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive imagery.

Prohibited NSFW Content in Music Video Generation. Our AI music video generation tools must not be used to create, attempt to create, or distribute any video content that contains nudity, sexual content, sexually suggestive themes, or any other NSFW material. This prohibition applies to all inputs provided to the video generator, including but not limited to text prompts, descriptions, lyrics, and reference images. Any account found generating or attempting to generate NSFW video content will be subject to immediate suspension or termination without refund.

You also agree not to misuse the Service by interfering with its normal operation or attempting to access it using a method other than through the interfaces and instructions we provide.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer paid subscription plans that grant you access to premium features. All fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You are eligible for a full refund if you meet both of the following conditions:

  1. You request the refund within 24 hours of your purchase.
  2. You have used no more than 10% of the Service's generation credits or features allocated to your subscription plan.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. t2speech.ai makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service. In no event shall t2speech.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes. By continuing to use the Service after the changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
