These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, account features, subscription plans, AI text-to-speech tools, voice generation tools, voice cloning features, and related services (the "Service"). 1. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Our Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including its software, interface, design, features, models, branding, documentation, and original content, is owned by T2Speech or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content and Your Rights

You are responsible for the text, audio files, voice samples, prompts, settings, generated audio, and other content you submit to or create with the Service ("User Content").

• Your Inputs and Outputs: We do not claim ownership of your uploaded inputs or generated audio. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use your generated audio for personal or commercial purposes.
• License to Operate the Service: You grant T2Speech a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and store User Content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
• Permissions for Voice Inputs: If you upload, clone, or generate a voice based on a person, you must have all necessary rights, permissions, and consent. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or any applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, generate, distribute, or assist with content or activity that is:

• Unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive.
• Infringing on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
• Designed to impersonate a person without proper authorization or to mislead others about the source or authenticity of a voice.
• Intended for scams, phishing, spam, social engineering, political deception, or other manipulative activity.
• Sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise not safe for work.
• Designed to bypass safety systems, interfere with the Service, overload infrastructure, reverse engineer the Service, or access it through unauthorized methods.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove access to content, refuse generation requests, or take other appropriate action if we believe the Service is being misused or these Terms are being violated.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

We may offer free and paid plans, subscriptions, usage credits, or other paid features. Fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all charges associated with your account, including applicable taxes. You may cancel a subscription through your account settings or by contacting support, but cancellation does not automatically create a refund unless required by law or stated in our refund policy.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may be eligible for a refund if you meet both of the following conditions:

1. You request the refund within 24 hours of your purchase.
2. You have used no more than 10% of the Service's generation credits or paid features allocated to the purchased plan.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also change features, usage limits, pricing, supported voices, models, or availability. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes when appropriate.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. T2Speech makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including availability, accuracy, output quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, T2Speech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless T2Speech from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable local law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where appropriate. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
